The Craftsman Company Named Scottish Gin Bar of the Year 2018
We are thrilled to announce that The Craftsman Company has been awarded the title of Scottish Gin Bar of the Year at the prestigious Scottish Gin Awards 2018! This marks the first time we’ve entered a competition, and to receive such national recognition right here in the heart of Aberdeen is truly overwhelming.
Our gin journey began modestly, offering just six locally sourced gins from the surrounding area. Now, our carefully curated selection has grown to include 40 exceptional gins from distillers large and small. We are especially proud that 75% of our gins are from Scotland, showcasing the very best our country has to offer, including some rare and special editions.
The Scottish Gin Awards is an annual celebration of the finest Scottish gins, judged by industry experts and leaders. Held in Glasgow, this prestigious event highlights the growing craft of gin distilling in Scotland, and to be recognised on this national stage is a tremendous honour.
