Our Baristas will be responsible for upholding The Craftsman brand and reputation using their great dexterity and skills to create something of unique value for our customers.

Our Baristas will have a significant influence on our customers’ happiness and satisfaction, and the development of the uniquely artisan experience of The Craftsman.

It’s essential that our Baristas are personable, creative people, who love life and coffee, and are passionate about the story of, presentation, and integrity of our coffee.

Experience is preferable, but if you’re passionate enough we will teach you everything you need to know about coffee.
