We’re searching for a creative, reliable, and hard-working person to lead our talented team of creators.

Our Manager will have responsibility for overseeing the direction of our coffee and ale house, and the creation and development of a new food and beverage team. Our Manager will also be accountable for developing and promoting The Craftsman brand and reputation, and the delivery of a uniquely artisan experience for our customers.

It’s essential that our Manager is someone with great ideas and great potential, knowledgeable of and passionate about food and drink sales and promotion, and is committed to listening to and learning about our customers.

The usual requirements apply such as relevant experience of managing a food and drinks venue, as well as demonstrable evidence of the ability to balance creativity, people management and commercial issues. A complete job description will be made available to shortlisted candidates.
