Meet the Brewer – Fallen

Thursday, 10th May

Join us for a Meet the Brewer with one of our favourites. Fallen will be joining us to showcase some of their new beers. Kicking off at 7pm this is one not to be missed.

Whisky Sour Festival

Sunday, 27th May (12-5pm)

Join us for an afternoon of whisky, gin, cocktails, food and live music in collaboration with our friends and neighbours at Musa.

From midday both Musa and The Craftsman Company will be showcasing independent bottlers, gin cocktails and, of course, amazing whisky sours while our bars will be pouring great, local craft brews. Enjoy sipping your drinks to great live music and tasty food.

Tickets are £27, and include 10 tokens which can be exchanged for individual food and drink offers from the following producers: Scottish Malt Whisky Society, Aberdeen Whisky Shop, Lone Wolf Gin, House of Botanicals, Never.25, Arbikie, Douglas Laing, Duncan Taylor, Royal Mile Whiskies, Huffmans, Berry Bro’s, Glenrothes, Twin River Distillery, and many more.

Your ticket will give you entry to both venues and tokens are redeemable for food and drink. Tickets  are available from Musa and The Craftsman Company.

We’re delighted that new Peterhead brewer Brew Toon will be hosting its Aberdeen launch night in The Craftsman Company following the opening of Brew Toon’s very own cafe bar in Peterhead. Find out more about the story of Brew Toon from its founding team. In the meantime, pop into The Craftsman Company to try Brew Toon’s excellent American IPA, lager, and raspberry cream ale.

Gypsy Jazz Trio and Alternative Halloween

Join us for live music with Gypsy Jazz Trio, and our tribute to Spain’s El Dia de los Muertos festival, a three-day event that starts on Halloween (we are a few days early!).

To celebrate we’ve partnered with Basqueland, the Northern Spanish micro-brewery’s Brewing Project created by three Americans living in San Sebastian who are dedicated to brewing beer on par with the Basque culinary experience. A lofty goal for some, but not for Basqueland, who makes its beer true-to-style for the refined palates of its adopted paisanos preaching the gospel of fresh beer, whenever a beer bottle is not pressed to their lips –  Drink fresh. Drink good. And for god’s sake, treat her like a lady.

We have some absolutely bangin beers for the evening including Arraun, Aupa, Capn Norbert, Gatza, Pomelo, SSD and Jose.
