At’s The Spirit Suggested Cocktail – Pear & Passionfruit Collins
- 50ml Esker Spiced Pear Vodka
- 1/2 Fresh Passion Fruit
- 20ml Fresh Lemon Juice
- 10ml Sugar Syrup
- Dash Soda
First add passion fruit and sugar to the bottom of a cocktail shaker and give them stir together then add all other ingredients (EXCEPT SODA) and shake with ice. Double strain into a highball glass and top with soda. Garnish with passion fruit shell.£28.00
