Papa Hochar’s wine has a somewhat cult following, made from Cabernet and Cinsault grapes varietals. On the beak the aroma of warm cherry pie, long on the palate with soft summertime fruits abound, gentle tannins, I’m going to open another bottle, join me!
This Wine is unfined and unfiltered, Chateau Musar Reds are vegan friendly and we recommend gentle decanting.
Let this lovely Lebanese drop breathe for several hours and serve with roasted and or grilled meat especially lamb, stews/ tagines, game and ripe cheese.
