We were delighted to win the Scottish Gin Bar of the Year award at the Scottish Gin Awards in September. It was the first award we’ve ever entered, and to receive such recognition on a national level is overwhelming.
Our gin offering began with a modest selection of 6 locally sourced gins from the surrounding area and we’ve since grown that to a considered curation of 40 gins from distillers large and small, including special editions. We strive to keep adding exciting additions to our shelf and we’re proud to say that almost 75% of our gins are from Scotland.
The annual awards event, held in Glasgow, celebrates and promotes the growing range of high-quality gins made in Scotland. The independent competition is judged by a panel of experts drawn from across the sector, bringing together industry experience and market knowledge to recognise the greatest achievements in the Scottish gin industry.
We’re over the moon to have been considered alongside such influential gin bars, in such wonderful company, and to win this award is truly special. We’d like to thank our suppliers of spectacular gin, our customers for their support during our first year, our team for their commitment to excellent service and fine products, and the Scottish Gin Awards for its support and recognition.
